Constructions, weights, widths and colours shown here describe our published range and are indicative. Fabric is a natural and processed product: shade, handle and weight vary within commercial tolerances, and the specification confirmed on your order document is the one that governs.

Colour shown on a screen is not a colour match. Approve against a physical swatch, which we will send on request.

Prices, quantities, lead times, payment terms, tolerances and delivery terms are agreed per order in writing. They are not published here and nothing on this site varies them.

Designs, photography, text and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the courts of Mumbai.
