This site is published by Banbury Exports (Banbury Impex Private Limited) to describe our products and capabilities. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no order is formed through it.

Weights, widths and colours shown here are indicative. Fabric is a natural and processed product: shade, handle and weight vary within commercial tolerances, and the specification confirmed on your order document is the one that governs.

Colour shown on a screen is not a colour match. Approve against a physical swatch, which we will send on request.

Prices, quantities, lead times, payment terms, tolerances and delivery terms are agreed per order in writing. They are not published here and nothing on this site varies them.

Designs, text and marks on this site belong to us. Photographs are ours or licensed from their photographers (see the image credits page). Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the courts of Mumbai.
