Privacy

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry in our internal systems.

If you use the enquiry form, we receive what you type into it — your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, what you are interested in and your message — together with the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link that brought you here, and your browser's identification string (its “user agent”). It goes into our internal enquiry system, where our export desk reads it. Your IP address is used to stop automated abuse of the form: we keep only a one-way, keyed code derived from it, never the address itself.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this site.

A sample request — for one design, or for every design in My list — sends the same details as the enquiry form, together with the design numbers you asked for, and is handled the same way.

My list is kept only in your own browser (its “local storage”), on this device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it, unless you press “Request samples”. Clearing your browser's site data, or pressing “Clear list”, deletes it.

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party marketing tag.

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages are read and which links are followed.

It is configured without cookies and without persistent identifiers, so visits are not linked together across sessions and you are not identified as an individual. Your IP address is processed to derive an approximate country and is not retained against you.

Nobody, for marketing purposes. Enquiry details are seen by our export desk. Our analytics processor sees usage data as described above.

If you are in the EU or UK, you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it.
