If you send an enquiry, we collect the name, company, country, email address and message you provide, plus any image you choose to attach. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry in our internal systems.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this site.

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party marketing tag.

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, which filters buyers apply, and which searches return nothing so we know what to add to the range.

It is configured without cookies and without persistent identifiers, so visits are not linked together across sessions and you are not identified as an individual. Your IP address is processed to derive an approximate country and is not retained against you.

Nobody, for marketing purposes. Enquiry details are seen by our export desk. Our analytics processor sees usage data as described above.

If you are in the EU or UK, you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it.
