Building seasonal ranges and translating a buyer's reference into a construction we can actually weave at a workable price.

We run our own software — costing, catalog, sales and production all sit on a platform we built in-house rather than a licence we rent. If you want your code used by the people sitting next to you, this is unusually direct.
We do not keep a permanent vacancy list, because a stale one tells you nothing. These are the areas we hire into; if one fits you, write to us whether or not something is open — good people are worth a role we had not planned.
