Weaving

Shirtings and suitings in cotton, viscose, polyester, linen, wool and their blends. Plain, twill, satin, oxford, herringbone and structured weaves, plus stretch constructions. Greige is supplied from here by the container where a processor wants loom-state cloth.

Shirts and tops
1.2 million pieces a year
Men's shirts, women's tops and blouses, and ethnic wear including thobes and kurtas. Sizes, trims, labelling and packing to your specification.

Trousers and chinos
80,000 pieces a month
Our newest floor, built for one job rather than adapted to it: men's trousers and chinos. Dedicated lines for the operations trousers actually need — waistbanding, pocketing, seam finishing and pressing — which is what keeps fit consistent from the first piece to the last carton.
What this means for your order.
Because the units are ours, fabric approval and garment production are one conversation instead of two. Sampling is faster, corrections are faster, and nobody is waiting on a third party's schedule.
It also means a fault has one owner. When something goes wrong on a shipment — and on a long enough timeline something always does — you are not standing between a mill and a stitching unit while they decide whose problem it is.
