Our newest floor, built for one job rather than adapted to it: men's trousers and chinos. Dedicated lines for the operations trousers actually need — waistbanding, pocketing, seam finishing and pressing — which is what keeps fit consistent from the first piece to the last carton.

Designs, sizes, accessories and packing are yours to set. Trims, labelling and cartons are handled here, so what arrives is ready for your distribution rather than for another factory.
The trouser floor is the newest part of the business and the one we would point a buyer at first: 80,000 pieces a month, on lines laid out for the operations trousers actually need. Fit stays consistent from the first piece to the last carton, which is the only thing anybody really wants from a trouser supplier.
